Randy and Maggie asked me a while ago to get their family portraits made, so we scheduled it when we thought the fall colors would be great. (poor planning on my part, when DOES it actually turn?) We managed anyway, and came out with some pretty nice family portraits.

Between an eleven-going-on-sixteen year old daughter and their crazy rowdy son, they have somehow figured out how to keep their cool.  I really enjoyed being outside creating images with this family. I was able to capture their portraits the other day at Lake Macbride state park.  The weather did almost everything possible to us. Rain, wind, sun, and clouds. I couldn’t help but laugh at the antics these two kids were up to! Randy and Maggie were up to their own antics, as well. (notice Randy “photo-bombing” his daughter! I was laughing so hard at this while editing!) It’s always fun to work with good people. I’ve said it before, but I feel pretty fortunate to have so many quality people around. Thanks again, guys, I  had a great afternoon in the woods with you all!
