BEAVER MEADOWS WEDDING WITH JORDAN AND CHRISTIAN : JOE AND KARI PYLE : DESTINATION WEDDING PHOTOGRAPHY IN ESTES PARK, COLORADO
In the words of Jordan : “Every summer we plan to do a hike, go camping, or go to the mountains. Last year we went to Zion national Park in Utah. I got an overnight pass for a photography license. We decided to go out stargazing and it was about 4 AM. There was no one else around, there were no clouds, and there was no light. We had a perfect view of the sky. Saturn, Jupiter, and Mars were all perfectly visible. Then as it was so quiet you could hear the faintest noise loud through the complete silence in Utah. Just above was the biggest most brilliant blue shining star that I had ever seen. I thought perhaps Christian was messing with me when he asked me to make a wish what would I want more than anything… He knew. Just then a second shooting star streamed across even larger than the first. Bright and blue and brilliant, it was the most amazing thing either of us had seen to that point. He asked again what I had wished for and I said that I couldn’t tell him or it wouldn’t come true. He then asked me to turn around and he was down on one knee with the ring box open. That was what I had wished for!”
There are few words that I could add to this to make it more real. What a great way to start a journey together.
Kari and I were honored to share in Jordan and Christian’s Beaver Meadows wedding in Rocky Mountain National Park a few weeks ago. The time we had together consisted of driving to a few amazing locations for pictures, sharing in a ceremony with a crew of family and friends, then a few more pictures.
As we were walking to get pictures, a by-stander looked at them and said “These two guys must be suit models”! Truly, they were incredibly handsome in those suits! They make a great couple and it is obvious that they care deeply for each other. It was an honor to work with them on this special, beautiful day.
Jordan and Christian, thank you. We really feel honored that you chose us to be there and create pictures of your wedding. Best of luck to both of you on your next chapter. Cheers!
